No determination or review
The service provides no legal advice, qualified asbestos survey, laboratory analysis, filing, permit, safety approval or authorization to begin work. The operator does not review individual checker results.
User responsibility
Users must verify project facts and current requirements with the principal contractor, appropriately qualified person and responsible authority. Japanese laws and official Japanese-language sources control over English explanations.
Availability and changes
Rules, links and services may change or be suspended. Do not rely on cached or older results. The operator may correct content, limit features or stop service to protect safety and integrity.
