Editorial and source policy

Content is organized around traceable primary sources, explicit update dates and conservative explanations where project facts are incomplete.

This is an unofficial English explanation. Japanese laws and official Japanese-language sources control.

Source hierarchy

Japanese legislation, e-Gov, ministry guidance and responsible-authority publications are preferred. Secondary commentary may help discovery but is not used as the controlling basis for checker rules.

English publication policy

English text is an unofficial explanation written for navigation and planning. Legal terms retain the Japanese term on first use where that reduces ambiguity. We do not describe translations as official.

Corrections and updates

Source records include review dates. Signed rule status can suspend checker output if the current rules cannot be verified. Readers can report factual, translation, source-link or safety issues.
